Position Overview:
This is a senior-level leadership role responsible for stewarding the church’s financial, operational, and administrative life in alignment with its mission, vision, and values. This role serves as a key partner to the Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor, ensuring that vision is resourced wisely, systems function with excellence, and teams are equipped to operate at a high level. This position will oversee finance, facilities, human resources, security, and administrative systems while cultivating a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.

Core Competencies:

- Prior and proven experience in a similar role in nonprofit, business, or church administration.
Salary:
$115,000 – $125,000 + Robust benefit package
