Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the comprehensive strategic plan, encompassing programmatic goals and operational objective
Design and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
Develop and nurture relationships with government officials, departments, and agencies at local, state, and national levels.
Oversee organizational budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
Requirements:
15 – 20 years of
senior leadership
experience in non-profits or social enterprises
Proven track record
in strategic program implementation, fundraising, and team management
Demonstrated experience in leading organizations through significant growth and change
Strong financial management skills with experience in
budget management
and multi-lateral financial reporting
Proven success in fundraising and donor relations
Master’s degree in social sciences business, public administration
