As a Centre Supervisor (Elderly Active Centre), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Coordinate outreach events to assess seniors and enhance well-being.
Engage seniors in programs using an Asset-based Community Development approach.
Manage befriending and buddying initiatives for isolated seniors.
Foster relationships with seniors and community partners.
Oversee donations, volunteers, and facilitate service referrals.
Ensure efficient centre operations, safety, and staff management.
Support recruitment, policy development, reporting, and facility upkeep.
Provide cross-coverage or support across centers as required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess min. a Diploma/ Degree in any field
