Job Responsibilities
Provides leadership and oversight of center operations, programs and activities
Responsible for all fundraising events and development aspects for Fifty Forward Martin Center
Participates in annual budgeting process and ensures all goals are met
Supervises staff and handles daily center operations
Maintains relationships with Advisory Council
Develops public relations strategies and ensures compliance with brand standards
Participates in professional associations and supports other Fifty Forward programs
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field
Experience:
4 – 7 years’ experience in a social services agency
Special skills:
Organizational management, resource development, working with senior adults
Certifications and licenses:
Valid Driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
Ability to attend meetings and events
Equipment Requirements:
Computer, copier, scanner, telecommunications system
Working Hours:
40 hours per week with occasional evenings and weekends
