In this central role, you will work closely with the Executive Director to elevate CDA’s efforts. The Director will be instrumental in member engagement, coordinating fundraising, and delivering signature programs. Your expertise in defence policy will be key to making strategic connections and advancing the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coordination with member associations for governance support
• Support comprehensive advocacy strategies and initiatives
• Organize major events including Army Day on the Hill
• Track membership dues and support grant development initiatives
• Collaborate with CDA Institute on research and programming
Requirements:
• 5–10+ years experience in public policy or non-profit
• Military background or experience with armed forces
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Proven track record in policy advocacy and program delivery
• Ability to handle fundraising and partnership efforts
