Join CEDA as a Family Support Case Manager
Location: Central Office, Chicago, IL
Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $22 – $24.25/hour
The Community and Economic Development Association (CEDA) is a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities and reducing poverty. Join our team as a Family Support Case Manager to support individuals and families by delivering comprehensive case management services that promote long-term economic stability and well-being.
What You’ll Do
Case Management: Assess client needs and develop individual service plans to support long-term goals and stability.
Customer Service: Build supportive, professional relationships with a diverse clientele, offering coaching and ongoing support.
Service Coordination: Connect clients with internal and external resources; conduct outreach and recruitment as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate case files, enter timely data, and generate reports as required.
Community Engagement: Represent CEDA at events and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Team Collaboration: Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and continuous improvement efforts.

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of experience in social service case management or a related field
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
Valid Illinois driver’s license, clean driving record, current auto insurance, and access to reliable transportation
