Case Manager – Adoption Jobs in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA at The Villages of Indiana
Are you a skilled Case Manager with adoption experience? If so, we want you to be our next Wendy’s Wonderful Kids (WWK) Adoption Recruiter.
This position:
Recruits adoptive families using the evidence-based, child-focused recruitment model developed by The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Training provided!
Builds rapport and establishes relationships with each adoptable youth to create a child-focused family recruitment plan.
Cultivates relationships with Indiana Department of Child Services Family Case Managers assigned to the youth; family members and supportive connections of the youth; and others with knowledge of the youth to locate permanency resources.
Position Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college. If Bachelor’s Degree is in social work, applicant must have LBSW or be license eligible.
Reliable internet service to work remotely.
Must reside in the state of Indiana.
This position requires regular travel within the state of Indiana.
A DCS Reference check will be completed prior to offer to ensure Magick Access.
Preferred:
Experience in the foster care and adoption field.
