Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in human services or a related field;
Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred. Extensive experience may substitute educational requirements.
At least two years’ experience in homelessness or housing-related fields preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English required; bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Basic computer skills including MS Windows, MS Office, and internet navigation.
Ability to develop simple financial budgets.
Physical ability to tour properties, walk distances, and climb stairs.
Strong reasoning skills to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with high organization and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
Bachelor’s degree – $24.04/hr ($50,003 annually);
Master’s degree – $26.45/hr ($55,000 annually).
Overtime opportunities available.
Shifts:
Monday – Friday, 11 am – 7 pm.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure program compliance and quality service delivery.
Assist clients in developing and evaluating Independent Living Plans.
Provide information, referrals, counseling, and advocacy.
Maintain a resource network for client referrals and collaborate with service providers.
Assist clients with budgeting, resume building, ADL skills, and housing maintenance.
Conduct face-to-face client meetings and property inspections.
Document resource use and report on housing and program needs.
Complete discharge plans and maintain organized records.
