McKinley Marketing Partner’s nonprofit client is looking for a case manager to join their team. The case manager is responsible for managing a diverse caseload of home modifications, vans, equipment, travel to the clinic, expenses related to treatment, emergency, and educational conference requests ensuring that all cases are processed in a timely and efficient manner.

This is a contract-to-hire position and it is fully remote.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the current caseload

Ensure cases are properly tracked and progress is updated to meet funding approval deadlines

Conduct calls with families to assess needs and provide updates on progress

Ensure that all follow-up emails with next steps are sent to the families post-call, ensuring clear communication and continued engagement

Update Neon One and Trello after every client call and email correspondence to ensure that all records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date

Perform a weekly sweep of Neon One to confirm that all case notes, updates, and communications are accurately logged

Ensure all requests are prepared for CEO funding approval by each Friday

Maintain an organized inbox, ensuring all emails are processed and follow-up actions are completed

Track the number of emails currently in the inbox to maintain a manageable workload and avoid delays in responding to clients or team members

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Proficiency in managing caseloads and tracking case progress

Experience with Neon One or similar case management software is preferred

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
