Campaign Manager to amplify awareness of their initiatives. This role involves end-to-end campaign management, strategic audience engagement, and

with internal and external stakeholders to promote their mission.

As an integral part of the team, you will work closely with

leadership

and

advocacy

teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in leveraging digital tools to engage

diverse

audiences.

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution Design, develop, and execute awareness campaigns aligned with the organisation’s mission.

Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to define objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes.

Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and success.

2. Content Development and Brand Alignment Lead the creation of compelling content, including written materials, visuals, videos, and infographics, in

collaboration

with content creators.

Ensure all content adheres to organizational guidelines and maintains brand consistency across platforms.

3. Digital and Social Media Management Oversee Montfort Care’s digital presence, including campaign websites, social media channels, and email marketing efforts.

Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and adapt strategies for optimal impact.

4. Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with media outlets and community partners to extend campaign reach.

Develop interactive strategies, such as contests, polls, and live sessions, to engage audiences effectively.

5. Reporting and

Quality Assurance

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular updates to

leadership

.

Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and relevance.

Qualifications Must-Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5–6 years of experience managing end-to-end campaigns, preferably in the social sector.

Strong proficiency in social media management tools, digital advertising platforms, and marketing analytics.

Exceptional verbal and written

communication skills

.

Proven expertise in project and

budget management

.

Good-to-Haves:

Experience in corporate communications, media outreach, and

advocacy

initiatives.

Strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to align campaigns with organizational goals.

Familiarity with non-profit or social service industries.

Creative
