We’re hiring and training Assistant Canvass Office Directors to make an impact on critical issues such as climate change, plastic pollution, air and water quality. Our goal is to educate, engage, and mobilize communities across the country to drive change.
Pay Range
The estimated annual pay range is $37,000 to $53,274. Actual pay depends on skills and experience. Discuss specifics with your recruiter.
Job Responsibilities
Educate and engage the public on environmental campaigns
Build support and fundraise for organizations like Environment America and PIRG
Hire, train, and manage a team
Participate in effective citizen outreach and mobilization efforts
Qualifications
Leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to social change are essential. Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and meet campaign goals is required.
Training & Locations
Comprehensive training begins with hands-on canvassing and classroom sessions on social change. Positions are flexible geographically, with campaigns currently in several states.
