Responsibilities of Call Center Representatives

Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner that strengthens the connection between nonprofit and donor.

Share important updates from our clients across the United States about the work they are doing.

Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.

Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.

Requirements of Call Center Representatives

Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.

A commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent.

Benefits

Weekly paycheck

Hourly rate of $15-$17.20 for 40-hour shifts (depending on schedule)

Performance bonuses, with $670,000 paid to agents in 2023; opportunity to earn weekly bonuses!
