About the Role

This role serves as the operational hub of SCI, helping keep the company running smoothly while making the lives of our CEO and team a little easier every day. You'll help manage the day-to-day operations of the company, keep projects and administrative tasks moving, and ensure that important details don't fall through the cracks. You'll work closely with our CEO while supporting a collaborative team working across multiple projects and clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate contracts, invoicing, and administrative processes
  • Support payrolls, accounts payable/receivable, and financial administration
  • Manage company systems, software, subscriptions, and records
  • Track proposals, contracts, renewals, and key company deadlines
  • Create and improve internal systems, documentation, and workflows
  • Support company communications, including newsletters, website updates, LinkedIn, and webinars
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and technology to improve efficiency across the business
  • Jump in wherever needed to help keep SCI running smoothly

Experience supporting a consulting firm, nonprofit, research organization, or other professional services business is preferred. Interest in behavioral science, sustainability, evaluation, and/or energy is a plus.
