Overview

The Business Management Trainee position is an entry-level role aimed at developing future non-profit leaders. It is suitable for individuals passionate about social change and community impact. Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing fundraising events.

Support program development and project management initiatives.

Participate in team meetings and strategic planning.

Assist with donor relations and communication strategies.

Research new funding opportunities and partnerships.

Facilitate volunteer recruitment and training.

Contribute to social media and marketing campaigns.

Maintain records of donations and financial reports.

Assist with grant writing and applications.

Required Qualifications
