Position: Â Business Executive (NPO)
Salary:
Basic up to $4500

Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location:
Alexandra Road Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate leads for
childcare services
.
Build rapport with prospective clients and address their needs.
Secure donations from individual and corporate donors.
Maintain strong relationships with key donors.
Develop partnerships with corporations for CSR donations.
Provide regular updates on lead generation and fundraising progress.
Manage all
communication
channels professionally and efficiently.
Accurately track leads and donations in the CRM.Requirements:
Singaporeans ONLY.Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role (preferably in childcare, non-profit, or fundraising).Strong
communication
and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients and donors.
Experience working with CRM software to track leads and donations (Salesforce or similar preferred).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment
.
A passion for working with families and supporting community initiatives.
