About the Role
Reingold Inc. is seeking a Research & Business Analytics Director to lead cross-functional analytics projects, oversee research initiatives, and deliver strategic business insights for government and commercial clients. This leadership role combines business analytics, program evaluation, data visualization, stakeholder management, and team leadership to drive data-informed decision-making and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams delivering research, analytics, and program evaluation projects.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Design and implement data-driven strategies for client engagements.
- Develop executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations.
- Build business cases and data narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Oversee junior analysts and technical teams to deliver client-ready solutions.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys and focus groups.
- Support proposal development and business growth initiatives.
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Establish best practices for data governance, reporting, and analytics.
- Collaborate with internal leadership on departmental strategy and resource planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, Social Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analytics, consulting, research, or account management.
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies, survey design, and focus groups.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, nested formulas, and advanced charting.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Public Trust determination.
