JOB SUMMARY
Serves as a subject matter expert, leading major programs and providing strategic input on critical initiatives and program standards.
Key Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1) Leads planning and execution of complex programs. 2) Develops integrated strategies for budgeting, staffing, and evaluation. 3) Oversees analytics and reporting for program performance. 4) Advises on compliance and risk mitigation. 5) Designs and delivers training for program staff. 6) Mentors and guides less experienced team members. 7) Ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. 8) Contributes to process and policy improvements. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Typically requires university degree (advanced degree preferred). Generally 8 years of related professional experience. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Advanced degree or certification in nonprofit management. Experience with multi-stakeholder programs. Expertise in evaluation and grant compliance.
Hiring Range
The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the annual hiring range for this position is:
