Job Summary
I am seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Operations Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of brand initiatives across multiple start-up initiatives. In this role, you will lead the development of workflows, supply chains, and campaign operations, as well as manage administrative tasks and communications with manufacturers, media agencies, editors, and literary agents . You will be expected to ensure alignment with my mission, values, and aesthetics, while integrating them seamlessly with market insights and trends. Your expertise in supply chain development and organization and your ability to see my vision and share my values will be essential to elevate my brand presence and set my brand up for success across every channel. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build something meaningful and turn it into something global.
Duties
- Develop and manage supply chain and workflow including searching for the right manufacturers, artisans, and wholesalers
- Lead the search for the right literary agents, editors, publishers, and app developers
- Manage my schedule, email, and content
- Act as communications liason, setting up meetings, sending emails, and making phone calls as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on supply chains, retail, or wholesale.
- Experience with literary agents or publishers is a bonus, but not required
- Experience managing social media platforms is a bonus, but not required. Creation of content is not required.
- Demonstrated ability in managing large-scale creative projects from start to finish with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, marketing analytics, budget management, and sales support activities.
- The flexibility to start small and grow in your role as my brand grows. The duties listed may not be carried out all at once, requiring less hours upfront. The further down this road we go, the more work there will be, with the possibility of bringing on more help as you reach capacity.
