Position Overview:Â
Games for Change seeks a Brand Marketing Coordinator to join its marketing and communications team. The Coordinator will maintain and elevate the Games for Change brand across internal and external touchpoints. The position requires a creative and detail-oriented person who can ensure brand consistency while developing engaging, evergreen content highlighting G4C’s diverse initiatives, programs, and global community. Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
Brand Marketing & ReportingÂ
Oversee and ensure consistency of brand materials and messaging across departments.Â
Maintain an organized asset library and content repository for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with drafting press releases, media alerts, and pitch materials.Â
Prepare marketing activity reports and analyze performance metrics.
Research events and other opportunities for G4C to participate in.Â
Content ManagementÂ
Create, manage, and post evergreen social media, blog, and newsletter campaigns to showcase the breadth of G4C’s work and community.
Identify new community segments and content opportunities for the organization.Â
Develop content calendars aligned with organizational priorities and events.Â
Support content creation for the G4C website, ensuring it remains current and engaging.
Community Tracking
Brand listening across platforms to monitor brand sentiment and engagementÂ
Develop targeted outreach strategiesÂ
Monitor and engage with online communitiesÂ
Support with identifying new marketing partnership opportunities and collaborations
QualificationsÂ
At least 2 years of experience on an internal marketing team, at an agency, or in a similar brand roleÂ
Excellent writing skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with social media tracking and scheduling toolsÂ
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Understanding of digital marketing practicesÂ
Nice to Have:Â
Passion for games, impact gaming, or social impact initiatives
Design knowledge with experienceÂ
Experience with marketing automation tools
Knowledge of the gaming industry and/or nonprofit sectorÂ
Understanding of SEO principlesÂ
PR and influencer management experienceÂ
Compensation & Benefits:
Expected salary range: $50,000-$60,000 annually. Games for Change offers comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, health spending accounts, a 403(b) retirement plan, and unlimited PTO.Â
