Job Summary:

As an entry-level Brand Ambassador at Invictus, you’ll help run and manage community and retail-based events that raise awareness and funds for our nonprofit partners. In this fast-paced role, you’ll gain valuable experience in nonprofit marketing and sales, customer service, and event coordination while helping to educate the public and promote important causes.

Your core mission will be to

Educate, Advocate, and Disseminate

information to drive donations and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Use persuasive communication skills to engage the public and raise awareness of our nonprofit partners

Help educate potential supporters on nonprofit missions and why their contributions matter

Contribute to meeting fundraising goals and targets for our clients

Organize and manage event logistics to ensure smooth operations

Ensure all event materials, supplies, and signage are ready and organized

Act as the main point of contact for event attendees, providing information and addressing inquiries

Promote our nonprofit partners’ causes through enthusiastic communication

Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to improve future events

Disseminate promotional materials and encourage participation in brand activities

Track and report on donations, sales, and event data

Collaborate with a team of motivated professionals to reach fundraising goals

Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on campaign objectives

Use sales techniques to secure donations and sponsorships

Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions

Teach and mentor new team members on sales strategies and event management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outgoing and enthusiastic with a passion for customer service

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed by event schedules

Commitment to charitable causes and community impact

Strong persuasion skills to engage with donors

Basic math skills for processing donations and tracking contributions

Organizational skills for managing event materials and donor data
