Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Board Member at Versa Foundation located in Miami, FL. The Board Member will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, governance oversight, and fundraising support. Some work from home is acceptable, but regular attendance at meetings and events is required.
Qualifications
Strategic planning, Governance oversight, and Fundraising skills
Experience in nonprofit management or leadership roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to social justice and community empowerment
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Experience in advocacy or public policy is a plus
A background in law, finance, or social sciences is beneficial
