Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Board Member at UVG Holding SA. The Board Member will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, participating in decision-making processes, and contributing to the overall development and success of the organization.
Qualifications
Risk management and portfolio management
Fundraising for impact investment in local projects
Leadership and Strategic Planning skills
Financial acumen and business development expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with blend financing (nonprofit and for-profit) or social impact ventures
Ability to work collaboratively and remotely
Strong commitment to the organization’s mission and values
Board governance experience is a plus
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
