Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Jobs in Redmond, WA at The Madrone School

BCBA

The Madrone School is a private, non-profit school that provides ABA and educational services in a full-day, year-round program to children with autism in the greater Seattle area. We are a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to the children we serve and our core values of Compassion, Empowerment, Integrity, and Community. We are looking for a dynamic BCBA to join our team!

At The Madrone School, we use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help our students, grades Kindergarten through high school, learn and grow in a school environment. We provide a setting for students who require 1:1 instruction and students developing adaptive and vocational skills. We focus on emerging learners, academics, daily life skills, and group learning. Instructional domains across all programs include: communication/verbal behavior, functional academics, self-management skills, social skills, leisure skills, adaptive skills, prevocational skills, and managing challenging behaviors.

Our BCBAs maintain small caseloads (5-6 students), work out of our school location (no driving), and maintain full-time, day-time hours (8:00-4:30). We offer a competitive compensation that is commensurate with experience in the field and generous reimbursement for continuing education.
