Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Billing Clerk. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for managing billing processes, generating and processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting accounting and finance operations. The role requires accuracy, efficient communication with clients and the team, and adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Billing Processes and Invoicing
- Knowledge or experience in Accounting and Finance operations
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and online technologies
- Prior experience in payroll services or related fields is a plus
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
