As a Customer Experience Representative at Debt Reduction Services, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their financial needs. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking financial guidance.
Assist clients with account inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Educate clients on debt management programs and financial literacy resources.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry tasks.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client experience.
Recommend tailored solutions based on each client’s situation.
Requirements
Native or near-native fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
Familiarity with data entry processes and office software is preferred.
