What You’ll Do
Meet with prospective clients one-on-one — via phone, Zoom, or in person.
Educate public employees and retirees on supplemental insurance options using a consultative, needs-based approach.
Participate in ongoing training and weekly planning sessions to sharpen your skills and grow your book of business.
What You Bring
You don’t need insurance experience — just a self-starter mindset and a desire to grow. We’ll teach you the rest.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
A Life & Health license is preferred but not required. (no license, no problem — we’ll help you through the process).
Compensation & Perks
Uncapped performance-based commissions with an opportunity for lifetime vesting.
1st year average earnings: $70k–$90k; top performers exceed $100k+.
