About the Role:

  • Group Facilitation & Skill Development: Facilitate and support clinician-led and skill-based group sessions to enhance client engagement, treatment outcomes, and the development of essential life skills and coping strategies.
  • Daily Support: Support clients in daily activities such as cooking, laundry, and other life skills training while aiding in house duties like cleaning and maintenance
  • Documentation and Performance: Ensure all documentation is completed within 24 hours and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

Must Have:

  • Passion: A strong desire to work daily with individuals dedicated to improving their lives.
  • Commute: Ability to commute to the workplace
  • Education: High School diploma
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle crisis situations effective
  • Cultural Competence: Sensitivity to and understanding of clients from diverse backgrounds, promoting an inclusive and respectful environment
  • Certifications: QMAP Certification
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Liberal Arts or related field OR currently hold an active QBHA (Qualified Behavioral Health Assistant) certification
  • Experience: At least one year working in mental and behavioral health working with high acuity populations and running educational groups

Nice to Have:

  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency (spanish preferred)

Location + Hours:

  • Location: 1505 S. Ironton St Aurora, CO or 3658 S Bahama St, Aurora, CO 80013
  • Hours: Full-time position requiring three 12-hour shifts per week, 6pm-6am (Overnight shifts include routine safety checks to ensure a secure work environment)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
