Preferred Age: 18+
Team player with personal commitment to YMCA Mission, Philosophy & Character Development Values
Lead lessons for Beginner and Intermediate Program participants
Work with Equestrian Program Coordinator to ensure good health and safety for all horses and program participants
Ensure cleanliness of the barn and surrounding areas
Complete required paperwork in timely manner
Work in tandem with other camp staff to create a safe and welcoming experience for all
Ability to accept guidance and supervision
Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, self-control, maturity, responsibility, sound judgment, and good decision-making skills
Be of good character, and in sympathy with the goals and objectives of YMCA Camp Piomingo
Other duties as assigned
