Job Objective:
Provide excellent customer service to our donors at the donation door in a store. Maintain a clean and well-organized donation area. Handle each transaction with accuracy.
Essential Functions:

Present a professional appearance, adhering to the dress code at all times.
Maintain a friendly demeanor, greet donors, and offer assistance.
Maintain a clean and organized donation area.
Responsible for all operations and security while on duty.
Receive and receipt all donated materials, collecting email addresses from donors when possible.
Safeguard all donated materials and equipment.
Track donations according to center policy.
Politely inform donors about unacceptable materials and offer pick-up services for heavy items.
Sort donations as applicable.
Report complaints, damages, or injuries occurring near the donation area.
Sort, load, and unload trucks per center policy.
Support production processes as needed.
Be available for a flexible schedule.
