We are seeking an experienced Aviation Security Assistant to support our operations in Abu Dhabi. This is a contract role, and the successful candidate must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support within the aviation department.
Ensure compliance with aviation security regulations and procedures.
Handle and manage sensitive information with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and records related to aviation operations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Maintain organized files and supported day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation administration.
A fluent Arabic speaker is required.
Basic knowledge of aviation security regulations and procedures.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be locally available in the UAE.
Must be able to join immediately.
