aSTEAM Village needs to strengthen its online presence by creating media to attract and maintain participation. The VISTA will research best practices, design a variety of recruitment materials to attract targeted population, distribute materials through social media, printed copies delivered to various outlets, merge online and in person registration, evaluate the enrollment process, and report findings to the Director.
Member Duties : Create a participant tracking system that combines on-line and in-person enrollees. Design recruitment materials for social media and paper copy. Design sustainability procedures and recruit volunteers who will help sustain the program after the VISTA is gone.
