What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with various secretarial, clerical, and technical duties, including project tracking and budgeting
Participate in the development and publication of project management standards and guidelines
Arrange department staff meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Ensure project materials and deliverables adhere to methodologies and procedures
Assist in upgrading and supporting project management vendors and training on related tools
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Availability to receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment
Strong data entry and editing skills with an emphasis on confidentiality
Ability to coordinate team members effectively
Experience with project management methodologies preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Previous experience in a healthcare or nonprofit environment
