Associate Pastor – Believers Fellowship of Magnolia
Believers Fellowship of Magnolia is an SBC Baptist church whose Sunday morning attendance is about 130 people. We are a Christ‑centered, Bible‑believing church that preaches the uncompromising Word of God and is committed to worship, discipleship, fellowship and community outreach.
We are looking for a full‑time Associate Pastor or Administrative Assistant to assist the Senior Pastor in carrying out the church’s mission. This role includes:
- Overall church operations and administration
- Spiritual leadership and development
- Pastoral care
- Ministry oversight
- Recruiting, training, supporting and overseeing volunteers within assigned ministries
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated personal walk with Christ
- Agreement with the church’s doctrinal statement
- Interpersonal skills, unity, loyalty, self‑motivation, communication skills, administrative skills, a correctable spirit, and a shepherd’s heart with a team‑oriented spirit
