Network of Organizations Working with People with Disabilities (NOWPDP) is a non-governmental organization that promotes an inclusive society through holistic and sustainable endeavours in education and economic empowerment.

This position will work in the fundraising team, to execute donor relations and fundraising activities. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely donor reporting and acknowledgements, as well as providing support for events, campaigns, grants, and research to enhance fundraising efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

Donor Acknowledgements & Database Management     

Ensure the timely generation of receipts and acknowledgement letters.

Maintain records in the donor database, and reconcile records with Finance team.

Donor Soliciting and Reporting.   

Develop proposals, presentations, and other donor-centric material for pitching to individuals and organizations.

Support the development of donor reporting including but not limited to those required for Grant Bodies, Corporate Donors, Board and other essential stakeholders.

Events and Campaigns

Facilitate in organizing events and campaigns for Fundraising.

Grants

Research about relevant grant opportunities and support in writing grant applications.

Perform all other duties that fall under the scope and responsibility of an Associate – Fundraising. This includes all other tasks assigned by the supervisor. NOTE: Job Responsibilities may change on the discretion of the CEO/direct supervisor, in which case this Job description will be revised.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales, Social Sciences or related field from an HEC recognized institution.

Fresh graduate or preferred 1 year of experience in nonprofit sector.

Highly organized, responsible, and punctual.

Proficient using Microsoft Office, databases and systems and social media. 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
