Associate Director- Outpatient Treatment
A non profit organization is currently searching for an Associate Program Director to lead their outpatient substance use treatment program. This is a great opportunity to gain experience as a director within a reputable organization. This role offers amazing benefits and tuition reimbursement!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities of the Associate Program Director:
- Supervise counselor activity, weekly staff meetings, IRIS, evaluations, and monitor clinical documentation and program compliance
- Review the program budget monthly
- Complete one chart audit weekly, perform billing audits weekly for all clients receiving services
- Maintain appropriate census

Requirements of the Associate Program Director:
- Must hold one of the following: LPC or LCSW
- Minimum of 3 years working in human services
- Experience within a substance use treatment program preferred
