The Office of Advancement seeks an Associate Director of Alumnae/i.
The Associate Director of Alumnae/i plays a key role in fundraising efforts by managing/coordinating programs, events, and strategies used to engage alumnae/i at all ages and stages, in concert with the Director of Advancement. As part of these responsibilities, this position collaborates with the Director of the Annual Fund on initiatives aimed at achieving alumnae/i giving goals; assists with career networking and exploration, and works with the Marketing and Communications Office on communications for the alumnae/i and broader audiences.
Duties/Responsibilities
Work with and manage the Alumnae/i Board, Class Reps, and other volunteers and ambassadors to keep the larger alumnae/i community involved with and informed about school.
Plan and execute a variety of events and programs both locally and nationwide to appeal to a wide range of alumnae/and cover a wide range of topics.
Work with the Director of the Annual Fund on initiatives aimed at achieving alumnae/i giving goals, including developing and implementing giving strategy and communications about giving.
Recruit alumnae/i, for career events and provide support in career exploration and job/internship searches.
Research, cultivate, solicit and steward alumnae/i donors.
Other duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Raisers Edge or similar fundraising database.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience in fundraising, nonprofit, or education settings is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to attend occasional evening and weekend events (involving standing).
