Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Douglasville, GA. As an Associate, you will handle tasks such as preparing individual and business tax returns, assisting with the formation of corporations and LLCs, and supporting clients in applying for nonprofit status. You will also be involved in providing life insurance quotes and offering exceptional customer service to our clients. Day-to-day duties include conducting research, preparing financial documents, and maintaining detailed client records.
Qualifications
Tax preparation and financial document preparation skills
Experience with corporation and LLC formation, and nonprofit applications
Excellent research and organizational skills
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in using financial software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in life insurance services is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
