Rate of Pay: Based on experience
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations, production, and other needed performance to meet or exceed budget while in compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. Position may involve walking, bending, and stretching, as well as lifting and moving donations and retail fixtures.
Qualifications:
Computer literate.
Punctual and goal oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Working knowledge of fashionable clothing and desirable collectibles.
Experience as a supervisor preferred, but will train the right person.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
