Position Overview:Lifetime Assistance, Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals tojoin our teamas Assistant Residence Manager. As an ARM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. This is an opportunity to make apositive impactin our community while building a rewarding career.
Responsibilities:In the absence of the Residence Manager, provides for the supervision, assistance, and training of all staff and individuals living in the home.
Qualifications:High school graduate or equivalent. Two year’s experience in a setting for the disabled. Must meet LAI’s Vehicle Operator Requirements.
Salary:Commensurate with experience.
Schedule:40 hours per week. Schedule to be determined.
