37.5 Work Schedule: On-Site Hours: 8am-4pm Monday through Friday.

Salary – $45,000 – $55,000 (please do not apply if your salary requirements are higher)

No On-Call Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing property operations, including leasing tasks, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
  • Support processes including collecting rents, preparing renewals, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and HUD guidelines.
  • Utilize OneSite RealPage property management software to input data accurately, generate reports, and maintain organized records.
  • Handle tenant inquiries professionally by phone and in person, addressing concerns promptly and effectively, or escalating to the Property Manager, as needed.
  • Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks to uphold safety standards and property appearance.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs, HUD housing policies, and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and familiarity with OneSite, or similar property management software.
  • Professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle data entry, filing, and administrative tasks efficiently in an organized office environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
