As we add the new pastor, we will assess his gifts and strengths, as well as our needs, and work with him to gradually focus his job descriptions and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Candidates should be ordained or ordainable in the PCA and possess experience in the following areas:
Ministry Leadership – Equipping and guiding lay leaders and ministry teams
Pastoral Care – Shepherding individuals and families with wisdom, compassion, and biblical insight
Teaching & Preaching – Communicating the gospel with clarity and conviction
Discipleship – Encouraging spiritual growth through both relational and structured discipleship
Ideal Candidates Will Be
Relationally Driven – Naturally gifted in building authentic connections with staff and congregation
Self-Motivated – Able to assess needs and develop solutions proactively
Organized & Focused – Skilled in balancing multiple priorities
Equipping Oriented – Empowering others rather than carrying all responsibilities alone
