NTU’s University Wellbeing Office was established to provide a strong wellbeing support ecosystem for employees and students. With positive mental health as a key priority, you will be part of a team to coordinate new efforts, including strengthening a culture of mutual

respect

and collegial support, expanding preventive and outreach programmes, ensuring timely intervention, improving counselling services, and strengthening policies, procedures, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate for this position will play a key role in planning and implementing programmes and initiatives to develop and promote wellbeing in the NTU community, through nurturing and managing the various wellbeing communities of practice (CoPs), as well as to promote organisational culture of wellbeing. Members of NTU’s wellbeing CoPs are volunteer employees and students who are passionate and committed to wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing Wellbeing Communities Plan and implement initiatives and training to nurture wellbeing Community of Practice (CoP) in NTUManaging Volunteers and Stakeholders Facilitate CoP-led programmes to increase reach and impact of CoPs in NTUCoordinate administration of and provide support to volunteers in Co Ps Collaborate  with various NTU offices to advance community wellbeing in NTUNurturing a Wellbeing Culture Facilitate creation of new CoPs to enhance organisational wellbeing

Monitor community wellbeing pulse of NTU, conduct wellbeing needs analysis and ensure initiatives and programmes remain relevant and responsive to NTU’s evolving wellbeing needs.

Support the review and update of university-level community wellbeing related policies

Requirements:

Minimally a bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognised University. Specialisation in business or social sciences, or psychology, is preferred.

Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in tertiary

education

sector. Applicants with lesser years of experience will be considered for appointment as Senior Executive.

Experience in organisational/ community development and/or volunteer management will be an advantage.

A strong commitment and passion towards wellbeing and support.

Excellent team player with strong verbal and written

communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, technological tools and information systems relevant in a university landscape.

Fluent with data collection and management. Knowledge of analytic methods, approaches, tools, and implementation will be advantageous.
