Assistant Manager, Events and Partnerships Jobs in Singapore, Singapore at Children-At-Risk Empowerment Association
You will support the fundraising efforts and work to develop win-win fundraising partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for CARE Singapore and its associated initiatives. You must be familiar with the gift cycle, including initiating contact, cultivating potential donors, creating solicitations, writing proposals, and stewarding donors. You will also perform Secretariat duties to support Director Enterprise and
senior leadership
of the Association.
** Key Responsibilities**:
– Lead exploration, planning and execution of relevant fundraising campaigns and initiatives that aligned with CARE Singapore’s branding, with a focus on corporate and events.
– Strategise and outreach to corporate partners and Foundations to support fundraising efforts and meet fundraising targets
– Conduct research, data mining and analysis for projects.
– Ensure compliance with statutory fundraising guidelines and Code of Governance
– Assisting with the effective use of data and the database to support organisation-wide strategic goals for stakeholder engagement
– Donor Management – maintain an updated database of donors.
– Providing administrative support to Director Enterprise and the Executive Director.
– Providing ad hoc support to the Fundraising and volunteer management team, including research and administrative duties.

Experience of
using a database system, preferably for donor relations, and of collating, organising and utilising large amounts of data.
– Strong verbal and written
communication
is essential.
– An excellent eye for detail and ability to review and cross-reference data for
quality control
.
– Proven ability to multi-task and stay organised while working at pace and to respond quickly to changing situations.
– Strong organisational skills, ability to think creatively and problem solve.
– The ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and to work on own initiative to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
– PDPA knowledge.
– An interest in social services and helping youths and families.
– Experience and knowledge of stakeholder management is desirable.
