Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager/Manager to join our Development & Research team in Business Development. This full-time position is based in our Dhaka office, located in the vibrant area of Gulshan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic objectives are met. Basic proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate within our diverse team.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and develop strategic partnerships to drive Roshod business growth.

Onboarding new factories, negotiating contract terms with clients, aligning business goals.

Identify, research, and onboard potential partner organizations, including foundations, corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit entities, that share synergies with our mission and objectives.

Stay aware of industry trends, development opportunities, and best practices in partnership and collaboration.

Prepare and give excellent presentations to prospective clients for creating successful partnerships and conversions.

Create and implement processes, and policies to support the business development and acquisition.

Coordinate with the operations team to develop mutually beneficial proposals and develop the shop as per requirements.

Representing the company in various forums and ensuring excellent service and communication with partners

Collaborating with the marketing, brand team and agencies for preparing strategies and plans to develop the shop in terms of worker’s wellbeing.

Creating and managing yearly, quarterly, and monthly budgets to ensure execution of business expansion plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics.

Minimum 5 years of experience and 3 years in relevant filed experience

Strong interpersonal and written, presentation and communication skills

Proactive thinking with a results-oriented approach.

Attention to detail and accountability in onboarding new initiatives

Ability to spend 60%-70% of time visiting stakeholders in the field

Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.

Experience in engaging with wellbeing initiatives, particularly for industrial workers.
