Working closely with local and foreign stakeholders, you will play an important part in making Singapore a liveable and sustainable city.
What you will be working on:
Monitoring and analysing global developments and assessing their implications on Singapore’ssustainabilityand environmental policies.
Formulating strategies and policy responses to advance Singapore’s international interests in environment, water, and food.
Representing Singapore at bilateral and multilateral platforms on environment, water, and food to advance and safeguard our interests.
Profiling Singapore’ssustainabilityand environmental credentials at international meetings to showcase thought-leadershipand create mindshare.
Planning and supporting the participation of Singapore’s political office holders and senior officials at high-level international meetings.
Facilitating and curating visits by foreign VIPs.
What we are looking for:
Strong interest insustainabilityand environmental issues.
Tertiary qualifications with 1 – 5 years of working experience; applicants with no experience may apply.
Strong writing,communicationandanalytical skills, including ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner to different audiences.
Proficiency in a foreign language to manage stakeholders from North Asian countries.
Resilient in working in afast-paced environment, including ability to adapt to changing situations and circumstances.
Possess initiative,problem solvingskills and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel.
