Role Description
The Assistant Company Secretarial role is a full-time on-site position based in Sabah. The selected candidate will assist in preparing and maintaining statutory records, ensuring compliance with company regulations, and coordinating meetings and resolutions. Responsibilities also include liaising with internal and external stakeholders, filing statutory documents, and advising on governance matters. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and professional client service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with corporate secretarial practices, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience in a similar role or within the professional services industry is advantageous.
- A Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or relevant fields is required.
- MAICSA qualification or part qualifications would be an added advantage.
