You are joining a growing team as an Assembly Operator, working with delicate microelectronics to perform precise assembly and inspection tasks. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability, growth, and the chance to support a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Compensation: $19.50-$21.00/HR
Location: Newburyport, MA
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm
What You Will Be Doing
Operating manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment
Inspecting die and packages using high and low level microscopes
Following defined specifications, reaction paths, or verbal/written instructions
Using hand tools to process delicate components without damage
Maintaining organized, audit-ready work areas
Entering product data into computer-based manufacturing systems
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED (required)
Previous electronic or semiconductor assembly experience (preferred)
Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
Stable work history with a proven commitment to employers
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail for screening, inspecting, measuring, and sorting devices
