INDEPENDENT FUNDRAISING REPRESENTATIVE — TELEPHONE OUTREACH

The Phoenix Group USA, LLC is expanding its network of self-employed Independent Fundraising Representatives to support approved nonprofit and community telephone fundraising campaigns.
We are currently seeking qualified independent contractors located in Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
This opportunity may be a good fit for individuals who communicate confidently, listen well, handle rejection professionally, follow approved campaign information, and want flexible, performance-based independent work.

Details regarding commissions, the advanced draw, and bonus opportunities will be explained during the interview process and included in the applicable Independent Contractor Agreement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound telephone outreach for authorized fundraising campaigns
- Present approved campaign messages accurately and respectfully
- Communicate professionally with potential donors
- Listen, respond appropriately, and document call outcomes correctly
- Protect donor and campaign information
- Follow all applicable campaign standards and approved procedures
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
Experience in telephone fundraising, telemarketing, inside sales, collections, customer service, hospitality, retail, insurance, community outreach, or another public-facing position is helpful but not required.
Strong communication skills, resilience, professionalism, dependability, and follow-through are important.
COMPENSATION AND INDEPENDENT-CONTRACTOR STATUS
This is an independent-contractor opportunity—not employment. Compensation is commission-based, variable, and paid weekly. An advanced draw and additional bonus opportunities are available to selected independent contractors.
The Phoenix Group USA, LLC does not guarantee selection, earnings, hours, campaign access, or continuing work. Applicants who are selected must review, agree to, and sign the applicable Independent Contractor Agreement before performing any services or beginning campaign work.
