Overview
If you are sad about how farm animals are treated and want to see some happy and spoiled farm animals come volunteer with it. We are a registered charity, a vegan owned and operated farm animal sanctuary located centrally in Tucson AZ.
We have several volunteer opportunities this summer. Some evening shift are open in July and August for sincere volunteers. shift hours are from 6-7 for about an hour to an hour and half. . The beautiful sanctuary provides a very relaxing place to destress from a busy world.
Chores are included but not limited to cleaning the area and feeding animals, giving them fresh water and putting them in their designated areas for the night. Shift takes about an hour to hour an half depending on if you want show them some love and affection before their bedtime and spend time with them, is hard not to cuddle with them especially Grace our turkey who is always eager to cuddle before bedtime.
We take our caretaker positions very seriously and the ideal candidate is an animal lover who believes in our mission and would not mind to go through a background check and has a reliable transportation.
