The fund management analyst position will be based in Singapore and Indospace will provide the selected candidate with significant access to senior leaders within the firm. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the real estate fund management business and will be expected to contribute to the growth of the business.
Fund Management
Create and maintain fund and portfolio management models
Analyze projected fund level cash flows, potential capital calls and distributions and projected fund performance under various scenarios
Assist in fund raising and investor relations (IR) activities
Assist the AVP in the liquidity monitoring of the funds and the coordination with various internal teams with regards to capital calls and distributions
Assist the AVP in the financial modeling and tracking of the investment management company’s profitability
Preparation of investment management company quarterly reporting to the board
Perform ad-hoc market research projects with regards to the industry, competition, regulatory and economic landscape and returns benchmarking
Assist in the review of investment deal underwriting and investment committee memos
Education and/or Work Experience
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the real estate and/or investment industries on buy or sell side
Institutional writing and presentation skill, attention to details
Good quantitative skills and a strong foundation of finance and financial analysis
Advance knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, Argus a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written as well as verbal)
Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and initiative
